Application Process
A successful educational experience begins with mutual alignment between the student, their family, and our program. At ÜNI, we are committed to fostering an environment where each student can thrive both academically and personally.
To ensure a truly personalized learning experience, we have intentionally limited our school capacity to 10 students. This intimate setting allows us to provide consistent one-on-one attention and deeply tailored support. Because we only admit students at the start of Grade 7—our two-year program’s entry point—we typically accept only five new students each year. If you are considering ÜNI Academy for your child, we encourage you to submit an application as early as possible.

Application
Begin by completing our online application form, which includes:

Student Information: Basic details about the applicant.

Academic Records: Recent report cards or transcripts if available.

Personal Statement: A brief essay from the student expressing a topic in mathematics, sciences, or engineering that interests them and why. There is no minimum length limit on the essay. The purpose of the Personal Statement is not to evaluate the student's knowledge of a field but rather to give us a sense of their underlying passion.

Parent/Guardian Statement: Insights into the student's learning style and goals.
In-Person Meeting
Once the application is reviewed, we invite the student and their family to an in-person meeting. This session allows us to:

Answer any questions and provide clarity on our curriculum, teaching methods, and community values.

Discuss with your child their interests and learning preferences.

Ensure that our program is the right fit for your child.
This meeting is a conversation, offering both the family and us an opportunity to determine if ÜNI Academy is the ideal environment for the student's growth.
Decision
Following the in-person meeting, we will

Review All Materials: Consider the application, academic records, and insights from the meeting.

Communicate the Decision: Notify families of the admissions outcome within two weeks.

Our Commitment
Choosing the right school is a big decision—and one that should be made with confidence. We believe strongly in the value of our program and we are very much committed to the success of your child. To that end, we offer a full tuition reimbursement should a student not flourish in our environment.
We understand that it can be difficult to objectively assess the academic growth of a child. This is especially true in an environment where learning is deep, developmental, and unfolds gradually. To provide clarity and confidence, we offer families the option to have their child take a standardized assessment modelled on the SAT at the end of the academic year.
Should a student complete this assessment and not demonstrate meaningful progress in core areas such as critical reading, mathematical reasoning, and analytical thinking, then we will refund that year’s tuition in full. This option is entirely voluntary and designed for families who seek an external benchmark to verify their child’s growth.
This policy reflects our confidence in our approach to education. We're not here to enrol as many students as possible—we're here to build a community of curious and driven learners who will thrive in our unique environment. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition
2026 – 2027 Tuition: $29,000
We do not charge an application or registration fee. We believe in the strength and integrity of our program and are confident that students who join ÜNI Academy will choose to complete the two-year journey because they’re inspired to.

The tuition covers all costs associated with the program except textbooks and fees that may be associated with any special field trips.
Tuition may be paid in full or via monthly instalments. Details of the payment plan are provided upon acceptance.
Scholarship
Every year we waive 50% of the tuition for students who perform exceptionally well and demonstrate their commitment to the program.
We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent exceptional students from reaching their full potential. If you wish to enroll your child at ÜNI Academy and find the tuition a hurdle, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make appropriate arrangements.
